Regardless Chinese mahjong does not use the joker tiles,
We still love Chinese Mahjong (g) carved Bakelite tiles from the 1930s, 1940s,1950s & 1960s. Unfortunately, we don’t have patience to play Chinese mahjong game rules, that do not use the joker tiles, involving very elaborate towards the longer game play. In order to play America Mahjong game with our beautiful collectible Chinese Mahjong Bakelite tiles set, we have to settle for the closest matched tiles with Joker sticker


Early 1930s Bakelite Chinese Mahjong spare tiles or set have become harder to find. If your Chinese Bakelite set needs joker replacement, playing by American mahjong game rule, getting the exact tiles, your set will hold high value. However, to complete set with jokers for America Mahjong Game, the replacements that have the closest color & size to blend in your set, works just fine.In that case, you may fine a few dollars cheaper.

Each tile with Joker sticker can be used for the matching vintage Chinese set, with tile

Condition: beautiful color changed butterscotch Bakelite.
Regardless Bakelite is fragile, but scratch resistant. These files have been well cared for. Sticker is new Handmade as needed

If you don’t see what you need here, please message me. I have over 1,00 Bakelite tiles (1930s-1967s) or bamboo & bone tiles (1920s-1923s).

1. Take photos of back and front from tiles of your set under normal white light bulbs without flash on neutral surface, and send them to me. I will do my best to find a match.
2. If you have one of the rarest set, you may need to send me one tile from your set that you need a replacement for missing ones, so that I can get the closest one in size and color.

My experience has been the customers have the rarest ones, the photos look matching,unfortunately in person they are off,and ended up send them back with the one tile from the set.

My parents,brothers and sisters escaped from Cambodia ,seeked rescue in Refugee camp in Thailand near Cambodian border 1979, while Khmer rouge resistances still fought with Vietnamese-Cambodian coalitions. On November, 1980, my whole family was brought to the United States by Lutheran Church. We had nothing started out. I helped with makes end meet during my high school
years, by cleaning the houses of elderly church members.I was given used stuffs to bring home.
In college, I worked for Antiques colleges mall. That was when I fall in love with antiques or Vintage custom jewelry, anything Bakelite at very early age. Even after making good income as software developer, I still do treasure hunting at Goldwills,salvation army,yard sale,auction etc.

I love the look of carved Bakelite from jewelry to mahjong tiles. I have collected Bakelite in accessories,jewelry,poker gaming chips,dices ,mahjong tiles and racks sets.
Due serious car accident, my health became deteriorated,unable to give 150+ to my career needs, I was forced out of Information technology corporate America.

Thankfully, Etsy came to the rescue for selling my collection. I enjoy responding to my customers,doing everything within my power to the customers’s satisfaction.
